Logan-Rogersville has two YouTube Channels so students, parents, and other Wildcat fans can view activities on campus and see the special content created by our new media class.
This channel will live stream activities that occur at Wildcat Stadium or in the LRHS main gym. If you are unable to attend or if the weather is less than perfect, fans can still view the activities.
The channel is connected to a special camera that follows the action up and down the field or court. At this time, viewers will just see live-action, the time, and the score. In most cases, that is all viewers are interested in. Live broadcasting is a challenging endeavor to ensure all participants are treated with respect and that high-quality sportsmanship is promoted. Next time there is an activity at Wildcat Stadium or in the HS Gym, tune into LR Wildcat Activities to see the event live or view it when it is most convenient for you. Activities remain on the channel for viewing anytime.
At the start of this school year, LRHS received a grant from Seymour Bank. The funds were used to begin a high school media program. Students are learning to use the equipment and editing software through small projects. The LR Wildcat Media Channel was created as a place to store these projects. Check out this channel to see the latest work by the HS Media class.
Here is a sneak peek of the Wildcat Media Show the class is working on. The clip below is the opening that will be used for the premiere of their first episode.
