LRHS is excited to introduce two new programs this year: JROTC and Sports Medicine. JROTC, a branch of the U.S. Army, is taught by two retired officers, SFC Scott Bowman and Lt. Colonel Brennan Cook, and has already attracted more than 50 students in its first year. The Sports Medicine program is led by longtime Athletic Trainer Ashley Klug and offers three classes along with an internship, giving students valuable opportunities to explore careers in athletic training, sports medicine, and healthcare. Both programs provide LRHS students with hands-on learning experiences and new pathways for future success.
